PIAFF marked the autumn equinox with a celebration of food and drink in the historic Tower of London Moat. For the first time ever, BBC Good Food Show hosted their FEAST in the famous dry moat which was transformed into a foodie paradise.
At the heart of the festival was the PIAFF on-site cellar. As always it was a pleasure meeting so many champagne lovers, sitting around our table, enjoying bubbles and the autumn air. Our COO, Victoria Bennett, delighted many with a special champagne workshop complete with sabrage lesson.
Even celebrity chef Michel Roux Jr. drank PIAFF at a special book signing. His thoughts? He couldn't believe it was a non-vintage with the complexity brought by remaining on the lees for at least 30 months.
