Refunds & Returns policy

Thank you for purchasing your Champagne through our online cellar.


We do not offer refunds on purchases but you are welcome to request an exchange for any defective products. Please see our Returns section on how to go about this.


Our policy is valid for 30 days. Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have elapsed since the date of your purchase, we cannot offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Regrettably, we do not offer refunds.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £50, we advise that you make use of a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
