Our Story

A contemporary Champagne house needs a forward thinking wine maker, enter the main man Maxime Mansard.

Produced in Épernay in the heart of the Champagne region, it was 1901 that his ancestors crafted their first bottles. With skill and expertise passed down through 5 generations, our head wine maker Maxime has perfected our signature style.

While the vineyards have been nurtured for generations, the founders of Champagne PIAFF shared a single dream: to create a Champagne that honours history whilst embracing modernity.

Infusing the classic elegance of Champagne with a vibrant spirit!
